Data :-
The collection of information, data, alphabetical is called data. There are five types of data these are as follows.
i. Text data: - the collection of alphabetical and number is called text data.
ii. Graphic data: - the collection of images is called graphic data.
iii. Audio data: - the collection of sound is called audio data.
iv. Video data: - the collection of graphic data & audio also is called video data.
v. Program data: - the collection of software is called program data.
Keyboard :-
About keys :-
Arrow keys: - there are four
arrow keys.
i. Upper arrow keys (#) :- To move cursor to
previous row.
ii. Down arrow keys ($) :- To move cursor to next
row.
iii.
Left arrow keys (!) :- To move cursor to left
character.
iv.
Right arrow keys (") :- To move cursor to right
character.
Backspace (!) :-
The position of backspace key is located above Enter key in keyboard. It looks
like left arrow key. It is used to delete the character at right position of
the cursor.
Delete key :-
The delete key is on right side of the keyboard. It is used to
delete a character at right position of the cursor.
Enter :-
It is one of the most important key on the keyboard. It is used to change the
paragraph and to write the short text.
Shift :-
It is used to capitalize the letter and write upper printed characters on
every key.
Esc :-
It is used to close the dialog boxes and also to terminate the running
process.
Alt :-
It is used to activate the menu bar and to close the current window with the
help of some other keys.
Ctrl :-
It is used to define
shortcuts.
Win key ( ) :-
It is used to activate the start button.
Home:

Move to the start of the current line.
End:
-
Move the cursor end of the current line.
Page up: -
Move the cursor one page up.
Page down: -
Move the cursor one page down.
Ctrl+Home: -
Move the cursor start of the document.
Ctrl+End: -
Move the cursor end of the document.
Ctrl+Left (!):-
Move
the cursor one word left.
Ctrl+Right ("):-
Move
the cursor one word right.
Num Lock: -
It is used to lock or unlock the number keys.
Tab:

It is used to move the cursor more than one character.
Caps Lock: -
To write the text in upper and lower case.
