1. Input: - 

Input is the raw information entered into a computer from the input devices, it is the collection of letters, number, images etc. keyboard, mouse, scanner, web camera etc. are the input device. 

2. Process: - 

            Process is the operation of data as per given instruction. It is totally internal process of the computer system. CPU is the main processing device. 

3. Output: - 

              Output is the processed data given by computer after data processing output is also called as result. Monitor, printer, speaker are example of output device. 

Some output devices: - 

1. Monitor: - 

                It is output device and it is also known as visual display unit (VDU). It is used to show the data information, program etc. According to our market there are two kinds of monitor available. 

1. 1.  CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) 

          2.  LCD (Liquid crystal display) 

Printer: - 
Printer is also output device. It is used to print the data on the paper. There are three kinds of printer. 
           1.  Laser printer 
           2. Ink jet printer 
           3. Dot matrix printer

2.Speaker: - 

               Speaker is an essential part of multimedia. It is used for producing sound and music. It is also output device. 

                                              3. Mouse: - 

            It is input device. It is used to open & close the program. A mouse is a pointing device that functions by detecting two dimensional motions relative to its supporting surface. There are three kinds of mouse  available in the market. They are as follows

1.                         1. Normal mouse
2.                                                              2. Optical mouse
3.                                                              3. Wireless mouse

4. Keyboard: - 

                 Keyboard is one of the basic input devices of a computer. It is used to type the data. It has four types of keys. 

i. Alphabetical keys: - 

                   Alphabet keys are used to type alphabet (A to Z). 

ii. Number keys: - 

                   Number keys are used to type number (0 to 9). 

iii. Function keys: - 

                   Functions keys are used for special function (F1 to F12). 

iv. Special keys: - 

                  Special keys are Back space, Shift, Alt, Enter, Delete and which is used to help us is called special keys. There are three kinds of keyboard available in the market. 

1. 1. Normal keyboard  

            2.   Multimedia keyboard 

    3. Wireless keyboard
